We had the honor of celebrating our newly appointed Governor, Hon. Soraya M. Hakuziyaremye last Wednesday over a congratulatory dinner full of great energy and good company. A proud moment for Rwanda and an inspiring achievement for women all around the world.

Hon. Governor Soraya M. Hakuziyaremye , shared that her parents reminded her she had always wanted to be in Banking. As Eleanor Roosevelt once said “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”

In reaffirming the Foundation’s direction Kampeta Pitchette Sayinzoga , CEO Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) PLC (an Institutional member) and in her personal capacity, an Advisor to the Foundation on fundraising stated that the Foundation looks forward to collaborating with Governor Soraya M. Hakuziyaremye to change the table for women all over Rwanda for it to become much more inclusive especially in rural areas.
